Refund policy

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of SoulBlend products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or spoiled, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will seek to resolve any issues and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, subject to our discretion.
