1. Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases of drinks products from SOULBLEND SUPERFOODS LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), whether purchased online, in-person, or through other sales channels.
- By purchasing food products from us, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information
- Description: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and details of food products on our website (or other platforms) are accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free or complete.
- Availability: All food products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products without notice.
- Pricing: Prices for drinks products are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
3. Order and Payment
