What's Inside

Each cup of Soothe contains:

Cacao - 1,600mg raw cacao powder.

Reishi - 500mg of dual-extract Reishi fruiting body. Cultivated in the FuJian and ZheJiang Provinces of China under the guidance of generational farmers.

Ginger - fresh, flavourful and potent ginger powder.

Ceylon Cinnamon - aka. “true” cinnamon.

Tulsi - translating to "the incomparable one" in Hindu, tulsi is an adaptogen traditionally known to support stress reduction.

Nutmeg - warm, aromatic nutmeg.

How to Prepare

Add 1 heaped tsp of Soothe to 50ml of warm water and whisk well.

Top with 250ml of your favourite milk, hot or cold (we love coconut milk), and enjoy.

Shake the bag before opening for a balanced blend.

Raw cacao powder (54.89%), reishi fruiting body extract, ginger powder, ceylon cinnamon powder, tulsi powder, nutmeg powder. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts sesame seeds, mustard, cereals containing gluten & soya.
