I love a chocolate milkshake, but in the pursuit of a healthy & nourishing lifestyle, my days of making regular trips to Shakeaway are behind me. I still love chocolate though, so I like to find ways of working it into my diet in a way that supports my wellbeing.

This creamy cacao smoothie not only satisfies those milkshake cravings, but also offers a boost for immunity, support for a balanced nervous system, and even better sleep (though it won’t knock you out, so feel free to drink this delicious shake in the middle of a busy day).

The key ingredient is our Soothe blend - it’s a mix of raw cacao with chai spices, reishi mushroom and tulsi - designed with nurture in mind.

The Recipe:

Ingredients:

✅ 200ml coconut milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)

✅ 1 ripe banana

✅ 2 medjool dates (pitted)

✅ 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)

✅ A handful of cacao nibs

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
