Each cup of Glow contains:

Tremella - 1,000mg of Tremella fruiting body extract. Tremella, aka the Beauty Mushroom, has been used for thousands of years for skin and hair health, immunity support and disease prevention. Our Tremella is cultivated by generational farmers in the FuJian Province in China.

Vanilla - 750mg of premium, fair-trade vanilla powder. This premium vanilla is rich in the vanillin compound, believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Blue Spirulina - considered the most nutrient-dense food on earth. This vibrant blue spirulina is rich in vitamins, proteins, amino acids, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. 

Cardamom - nourishing, fragrant cardamom powder. Studies have shown cardamom to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and digestion-supportive effects.

How to Prepare:

Add 1tsp of Glow to 50ml of warm water and whisk well. Top with 200ml of your favourite milk, hot or cold (we love coconut milk), and enjoy. Shake the bag before opening for a balanced blend
